There is a logical reason for the delay. Because these are text messages, we are time restricted as to when we can deliver the messages so as to not inconvenience the user. For example, if you scheduled for 8:30PM and that is a restricted hour, the message will be sent the next morning at 8 AM.


Custom offer: If the custom offer is set to deliver between 8 AM - 7 PM window, it is sent immediately.  If the offer is scheduled during restricted hours of 7:01 PM to 7:59 AM, it will be delivered at the next open slot @ 8 AM.
