When setting up the punchcard offer, you just need to select "10" from the drop-down list as in "10punch.png".
Then set the price of the item in the discount field (the one you want to give free after 10 punch) (as in "discount.png"). Customer will automatically start to get their points with their transactions and will receive the reward when reach the target 10 punch.
