You will see a number under Sent only when customers have maxed out all the punces in a punch card and the offer has been sent. If you click under Offer->Performance->Punchcard recipients, click on the # it will show you the unique number of people who have started accruing punches and receiving emails about how many stars they have accrued and how many more to go before maxing the punchcard out
