With the Umarket app, you can award your customers with points selectively at your discretion. For example, a Vape shop may want to award points for purchases of e-juice, and not award points when the purchase is for a pipe. The below process show how you can manage this.


Here is how it works



1. Create a PunchCard offer




2. On the Register app ring up the order as usual and tap Pay to enter the pay screen


3. On the Pay screen, tap on the UMarket, SMS Marketing or Insights Unlocked button 


4. When you see the pop up, tap on "Look up an Existing Customer" - please note you cannot award manual points to brand new customers. 



5. Search by name, phone or email address, and you pull up the customer record



6. You can now increment the outstanding points for this customer to reward them for a special purchase or because you simply want to thank them. Below the 4 outstanding points has been incremented to 5. This customer will now receive the reward that has been set to trigger after 5 punches.
