Login to your web dashboard. Under Customers, find Enrolled Customers tab - search by name, phone number or email address, tap on edit. If you would like to mark this customer as a favorite then click on the check box. You can automatically send special offers and messages to your select customers marked as a favorite. To do so:
1. Select a customer transaction record from one of the customers tab items - here we show enrolled customers (you can select top ore recent customers or similar)
2. Click on the customer record you wish to mark as favorite
3. Click on the star to so it turns from grey to gold. That's it. This customer is now a favorite customer.
