Valid coupon QR code should be scanned smoothly and the discount should be applied seamlessly with the order. If you still find difficulties, please check below:


1. When in payment screen of register app, when you tap on UMarket button and tap on "Scan QR Code" does it brings up the scanner?

2. When you point the QR code on the scanner, do you hear a beep and does it scan the code?

3. Do you see the "Coupon Valid" message pop up as below?



4. And then after you click on "Done" button on that pop-up, the discount should be applied to the order as below screenshot:



If you do not see any of the above steps/screen, please restart the Clover Terminal and try scanning again. If the scan still doesn't work, please write us. Let us know which screen from above you are not seeing.
