It is extremely hard to create customer segments and adding anyone to it since every time i save a customer within in the system it puts me back on the first page. If i am on page 55, it reverts to page one as soon as i press the save button. imagine how many time i have to press the next page button in order to get to the page i need and to the next customer in line.
While we fix this issue, there is another option that could work painlessly - it is the batch update feature. Under the Enrolled Customer page you can download a sample file. Populate the file with the updated customer information, adding birthdays, segment name, etc. and import it. See attached sample. You can export your current list make modifications and reimport it.
