The transacation based rewards like Top Customer, Punch card and Win Back offers are NOT one-time offers. Once you set them up they are evergreen for example, You have set a Top Customer Offer to be sent to all customers who spend $500 (across visits). Once a customer reaches the $500 mark, they receive the offer and the counter starts again for this customer towards their accrual of the next $500 and so on... The system will stop tracking towards the top customer offer rule only stop if you inactivate the offer or set up alternative top customer offer.
