If you have an existing list of customer emails/phone numbers that have opted-in to receive your marketing offers you can follow the below steps to import. Please be sure to use a a browser on a PC/Mac.
1. Download the Sample file from the under Customers->Enroll Customers page and populate your list according to this format
2. If you have pre-segmented customers, then first create these segments under Customers->Customer Segments and then import.
3. Please make sure to fill up the "Marketing Allowed" column to "Yes" in the csv file for your customers to get offers.
4. You can leave "Customer Since" column empty, if you want to provide date, please carefully check to make sure the dates are in valid format.
5. Next tap on import CSV to begin importing
6. The imported customers are synced in a few hours with your Clover Customers app and you are all set
