SMS marketing is a double opt-in program. Only those customers who have enrolled to to your marketing program will receive an opt-in message as shown below. After a customer opts-in one-time, they will receive your future offers.
Below are a few ways to turn ON the marketing flag
1. If you want to change the flag in an existing customer list on Clover. Here is way to do it.
2. You can also turn on the "Has Allowed Marketing" flag in the Clover's "Customers" app or at the time of enrollment as shown below.
