This can happen for a couple of reasons, Sometimes merchants change their Facebook and Twitter passwords or update their security settings directly on the social network. This expires the authorization token on our system. All you have to do to get t working again is to disconnect and reconnect to the social network. You can do this easily in your BeSocial app:
1. Go to SOCIAL & ONLINE
2. Click "Publish Your Media"
3. Click "disconnect" on the social network icons
4. Click "connect" to reconnect to the social network
