1. Go to Marketing->Create Campaigns and set up your offer
2. At the bottom of the screen DO NOT hit [SEND], but click on "Modify Message"
3. In the Campaign Detail Page, you can adjust the "Expires in" date. This date defaults to 30 days after the offer has been received by the customer
4. Scroll down and hit "SEND" to start the campaign
