1. Go to Marketing->Create Campaigns and enter the discount reward you'd like to offer.
2. Click on Lost customers and select 30/60/90/120/180 days. When a customer does not return for these many days, a "we miss you" offer will be sent automatically to the lapsed customer.
3. Click "SEND" and your campaign is now active with the default program
4. If you'd like to change the look of the coupon, do not hit 'SEND' on the Create Campaign page, instead click on the blue "Modify Message" below the SEND button
5. In the "Modify screen you can change the colors of the coupon
6. In the "Modify screen you can customize title and description
7. Hit 'Send'
