There are five ways to add a customer information to the CRM system


  1. In the CRM: Tap on "Add Customer"
  2. In the CRM: Import an CSV file 
  3. On any website: Use the embed code to allow customers to add themselves into your CRM system. This embed can be on your website, or on a tablet you had to your customers in the store
  4. In Clover's Customers app
  5. Any third party app that also syncs with Clover's Customers App
