There are five ways to add a customer information to the CRM system
- In the CRM: Tap on "Add Customer"
- In the CRM: Import an CSV file
- On any website: Use the embed code to allow customers to add themselves into your CRM system. This embed can be on your website, or on a tablet you had to your customers in the store
- In Clover's Customers app
- Any third party app that also syncs with Clover's Customers App
