I have an existing list of customers. How can import into Clover and the CRM? 


NOTE: Please be sure to use a browser on a PC/Mac for this action



If you have an existing list of customer emails/phone numbers  you can follow the steps below to import your customer list.  Click on Import CSV.

Prepare your import files as shown below


1. Download the Sample file attached here and populate your list according to this format exactly, and in the same order

2. If you have pre-segmented customers, then first create these segments first under Customer Segments before you import


3. Please make sure to fill up the "Marketing Allowed" column to "Yes" in the csv file for your customers to get offers.


4. Next tap on import CSV to begin importing
